Since this scheme was introduced, it has only served for parents to park along the rest of the street! They now remain with their engine running which they did not do before - children leave school alone and then run down the street to the car - this has made things worse for me and my neighbours

Saplings have been placed along the school front at Drummond Crescent. Council did not keep watch and one poor sapling was pulled and yanked until one day it disappeared from the spot! I saw a school boy as he left Maria Fidelis school on Drummond Crescent, he was walking with another boy, aged about 14, just before he passed me on the pavement he made a run and did a karate shop on the trunk of one of the saplings. I shouted at him and he ran off laughing. The school should teach the children about their environment to give them an appreciation of nature. I complained to the school by email but got no response. The council have placed sacks at the base of the saplings for water purposes, the children from Maria Fidelis treat these sacks as bins and fill them with empty coke cans, sweet wrappers etc. Cars are parked at parking bays on Drummond Crescent. The occupants throw rubbish out of their cars onto the ground without hesitation. Place some cameras here and prosecute litter bugs. Homeless people sit about also and leave their rubbish when they go... sometimes urinating too! There is a locked gated property just before Maria Fidelis School, as you walk down Drummond Crescent from Eversholt Street with a build up of empty beer cans behind the locked gates. I have cleared this, as far as I could, more times than not, but the build up continues. My Drummond Crescent is a shambles and its peoples' fault. There is no pride just ignorance in people about how to behave and respect their environment. This starts in schools. In between the couoncil coming to clean the street, I have gone out with a bin liner and cleaned Drummond Crescent as I get depressed seeing dirt on my road every other day.

Nothing. It is a bad joke. The council is unfairly restricting residents.

Everything! It is an entirely unnecessary, whimsical, ridiculous expense for which tax payers fo not wish to pay.

Children are taught road safety at school. We do not need to add fines to streets just because those streets happen to contain a school. How ridiculous! The council squanders money on stupid nonsense and then tries to claw back pennies by fining innocent local people simply going about their business. It is disgusting behaviour and it makes me sick.

It's less safe for me to travel here

Worse since introduction of Phoenix Road/Ossulton street changes. Anyone parking in Ossulton street have to reverse into Polygon Road as it is now a No through route to Euston Road. Larger vehicles are reversing down Chalton street as they now cannot go along Phoenix Road. Some vehicles are too large to go through bollards at intersection of Chalton street/Phoenix Road.
