Remove geo-fenced areas and parking restrictions. They present a knowledge-barrier to entry which puts off new users. Inexperienced or new riders are unsure of the rules and take time to become familiar. Many people are put off by the rules because they are not sure what they are and how to avoid breaking them.

I don't object to e-scooters and bikes in the borough but Camden need to be far tougher on the providers to look after the scooters and the parking bays. It is notoriously difficult and laborious trying to get through to customer services to complain about abandoned scooters/ over flowing bays etc. There needs to be a better way of ensuring the companies do their job and Camden needs to enforce this. Camden has given them the contract after all.

How about not removing them? Instead invest in pedestrianising areas, invest more in electric public transport, reduce traffic on roads in central London, fines for non-electric trade and industry vehicles. The road and pavement network isn’t suitable for these.
